How it works

From spoken word to anchored meaning

VeraLink runs a governed pipeline on every session. Fluency comes from best-in-class translation. Trust comes from what we add around it.

01 · Capture

Speech becomes text, live

A session operator captures the room audio. Speech is transcribed in near real time, with speaker awareness, in the language being spoken.

02 · Translate

Every listener, their own language

Each finished phrase is translated for every language active in the session. Attendees choose their language once and follow the whole session in it.

03 · Detect

Risk terms are flagged as spoken

A detection layer watches for high-stakes terms and phrases: the vocabulary of rights, obligations, money, and consent.

04 · Anchor

Definitions come from the glossary, not the model

Flagged terms link to approved renderings and plain-language explanations. The glossary is versioned, reviewed, and auditable, so the same term means the same thing every time.

Governance is the product

Anyone can generate a fluent sentence. VeraLink exists for the moments when fluent is not enough: when "waive," "liability," or "default" has to mean exactly what it means. Approved renderings, prohibited renderings, and explanations live in controlled glossaries with version history.

That gives institutions something generic tools cannot offer: a record of what was communicated and the definitions it was anchored to.

No installs, no barriers

Attendees join a live session by scanning a QR code with their phone camera. The session opens in the browser, they pick a language, and translated captions follow the speaker. It works on any modern phone, with nothing to download.
